Where is Fun Adventure located in Dubai?
We have two branches: F-16, Al Warqa City Mall, Dubai and Lulu Lobby, Waterfront Market, Deira, Dubai. Both are fully indoor, air-conditioned venues inside major malls.
Is parking available at Al Warqa City Mall?
Yes. Al Warqa City Mall has dedicated mall parking with free visitor parking. The play area is on the upper floor — follow mall signage to F-16.
Is parking available at Waterfront Market, Deira?
Yes. Waterfront Market has basement and surface parking. Enter via the main mall entrance and head to the Lulu Lobby area where Fun Adventure is located.
What are your opening hours?
Both branches open daily at 10:00 AM. Al Warqa City Mall closes at midnight (12:00 AM). Waterfront Market, Deira closes at 1:00 AM. We are open every day of the year.
What age children can play at Fun Adventure?
Soft play welcomes children from age 1 up to around 10. VR gaming is recommended from age 7+. Go-karts and arcade games have age and height guidelines — our staff will guide you on arrival.
Are socks required?
Yes. Socks are required in the soft play area for hygiene and safety. Bring your own or purchase a pair at the front desk.
Do adults pay to enter?
Adults accompanying children can enter the venue free of charge. Only children participating in activities require a play pass or ticket.
Do I need to book in advance or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome for general play — no booking needed. For birthday parties and large groups, we recommend contacting us on WhatsApp at least one to two weeks ahead to secure your preferred date.
How much does it cost per hour?
Walk-in hourly pricing differs by branch: AED 40 per hour at Al Warqa City Mall and AED 20 per hour at Waterfront Market, Deira. ESAAD cardholders get 25% off at Al Warqa. Waterfront Market also offers a monthly membership (see below).
What is your membership pricing?
Waterfront Market, Deira has a monthly membership: AED 300 for 30 days, giving 1 hour of play access per day. Al Warqa City Mall doesn't currently have a membership plan, but ESAAD cardholders get 25% off at Al Warqa.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes — ESAAD cardholders get 25% off at Al Warqa City Mall. Waterfront Market, Deira also offers a monthly membership (AED 300/30 days, 1 hour/day). There is no ESAAD discount at Waterfront and no membership plan at Al Warqa.
Can we bring outside food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are generally not permitted inside the play zones. Both mall locations have food courts and cafés nearby. Ask our staff about birthday cake policies when booking a party.
How do I book a birthday party?
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 551 686 600 with your preferred branch, date, number of children, and any special requests. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, especially for weekends.
